MINISTERIAL RECOGNITION

MEMBERSHIP
Membership in Global Covenant Network (GCN) shall consist of

- Licensed members

- Ordained members

- Churches

- Ministries/Organizations

The above are to be in relationship with the Presiding Apostle and presbyters. Membership will be in accordance to covenant agreement.

AUTHORITY OF GCN
GCN shall examine candidates for License and Ordination for the purpose of granting Certificate of License and Ordination in conjunction with Trinity Christian Centre (TCC), Singapore. GCN shall have the right to revoke, remove and renounce the Ministerial papers based upon the violation of the covenant agreement.

MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

1.	Ordained Ministers Men and Women of matured Christian experience, qualified and able to undertake the responsibilities of the full-time ministry
2.	Licensed Ministers Persons who give evidence of being called of God to the ministry, and who purpose to devote their lives to this work.
3.	Special Licensed Ministers Persons who are sent by their churches to be missionaries for at least a year but have yet to meet the requirements of a Licensed Minister.
4.	Church/Ministry/Organization Leadership of Church/Ministry/Organization who are in covenant agreement with GCN’s Vision and Values.

REQUIREMENTS

License

-	Consistent Christian life above reproach (1 Tim 4:12)
-	Clear evidence of a divine call, and must be devoting

Ordination

-	Five years in one of the ascension gifts [five-fold ministry]
-	Strong integrity and Christian character
-	Recommended by members of GCN
-	Two years as a Licensed Credential holder (conditional)

CREDENTIALS

1.	Application All applications for credentials must apply on the proper form, according to the level of ministerial credentials being sought. Forms can be obtained from the Secretary or Council office. Application forms when properly executed and signed must be returned to the Secretary prior to the meeting of the Credentials Committee. Upon the approval of the application, a cheque of US$100 joining fee (non-refundable) must be issued to Trinity Christian Centre.
2.	Requirements All candidates who apply for credentials and are serving on the staff of a local church must obtain the signature of their Senior Pastor / Head of ministry. All other letters of reference must also be submitted.
3.	Apostolic Covering To those whom GCN has recognized and received for Apostolic Covering, a Fellowship Card will be issued.
4.	Granting if Credentials The Apostolic Council will approve the applicants according to their qualifications. To those whom GCN will grant credential, a Fellowship Card will be issued.
5.	Renewal All credential holders must apply annually for renewal of their credentials and be issued a current Fellowship card. Renewal forms will be sent to all active credential holders at the end of each calendar year. They can also be obtained from the Secretary of the Presiding Apostle's office. Renewal forms must be signed by the applicant's Senior Pastor/ Head of Ministry, where applicable. The annual renewal fee is USD100 (non-refundable) to be issued to Trinity Christian Centre.
6.	Lapse Those who are not in active ministry shall not be eligible for renewal of Credentials. Extenuating circumstances are to be considered by the Apostolic Council.

MINISTERIAL RELATIONS

All persons holding up-to-date credentials with the GCN shall be amenable to the Presiding Apostle, in matters of doctrine and conduct.

No minister, church, ministry, organization shall leave GCN without advising the Presiding Apostle at least one month prior to his/her/their departure.

All ministers are expected to contribute at least 50% of their tithe to the Presiding Apostle.

Church/Ministry/Organization shall contribute a minimum tithe (yearly) to GCN according to the congregation size in the following structure:

Less than 200 - USD200	1000-3000 - USD1500
200-500 - USD400	3000-5000 - USD3000
500-750 - USD600	5000-7500 - USD5000
750-1000 - USD800	7500 or more - USD7500

*This will defer for Ministry/Organization on a case to case basis.
