I am often asked, "How do you keep going in life and ministry?" In response to this question, I spoke at a conference workshop on the topic 'Guideposts to Mark your Race', using many personal and biblical perspectives from my life journey over the years.  This was at the annual Life Conference of Trinity Christian Centre.

I also ministered at a number of local vibrant churches, averaging about 500 people.  Many of these Senior Pastors and leaders were young people whom I have mentored or spent time with years ago.  It was exciting to re-connect with the churches here after having spent so much of my time overseas the last few years.

Malaysia

I was in 3 Malaysian churches – His Sanctuary of Glory, Metro Tabernacle AG as well as Glad Tidings.  Each church planned a series of messages that stretched over several days, with the key focus of mentoring and imparting ministry and life principles to their staff and leaders. It has been my privilege to mentor this strong global-minded community of believers.

There has also come about a divine opportunity in this nation to impact the growing number of students from across the African continent who have come to study in Malaysia. Pray for the churches to rise to the occasion and seize this divine opportunity.

Global Business Network Partners, Singapore

I serve as the Founder and spiritual Advisor of Global Business Network (GBN) Ventures. This marketplace group hosted regional conference called the Asian Marketplace Conference: The Power to Create Wealth for the Kingdom. There were delegates from Malaysia, Indonesia and the region.

The speaker was Dr Pat Francis, a powerful apostle of business whom I have had the privilege of mentoring in these last few years. There was a definite shift that took place as many business people were stirred to dare and believe for greater opportunities and greater wealth --- to be channeled for Kingdom purposes.

As part of its Kingdom vision for community transformation, GBN is embarking on a micro-finance scheme that has the potential to impact thousands of low-income families and women in Myanmar, and to enable them to start small businesses. These are the poorest of the poor, so this initiative has the potential to transform their families and their future by helping them put food on the table and put their children through school.

Besides providing loans, the initiative will also equip them with the skills they need to start and manage their micro-enterprises. Pray for this to snowball into a mighty wave of community transformation!
